A built in power, like the Nemesis staff and such. It's an autokill on you, deals Superior damage, and auto-hospitals you. No rez option.

I've done some link chasing and it looks like there are at least 2 colors to it

video where it looks to be green and orange: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lE2fKK_eq8

Notice the fact that it has a primary and secondary color option: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJruoJ0lqMg

Mmm. Range Saber will want the HUD, I think.

Wiregeek, why are you buying two? Don't they apply to all your toons? Or did I miss something?

ooookay... I know I'm going to be stone'd or tomato'd for saying this, but I am really not liking the look of anything in the pack. The only parts
I find somewhat amusing are the self destruct and the robot emote. As of right now, I can't see myself ever wanting to use any of the costume pieces or the
auras on any character I have or will make. That may change in the future, but I somewhat doubt it due to a personal consideration.

You're perfectly entitled to that opinion. In fact, Jay - the costume dev - said a long while before this leak...something to the effect of, well, if you didn't like the Enforcer set, you're going to hate this.
But not everything is for everyone.
I'll note two things though.
First of all, even if you don't care for the particular costume pieces or auras being added in this set, realise that the auras represent new technology.
These are the first auras that appear only when your character is in combat mode; that is to say, the effects are hidden when your character's in normal mode, and come on only when you're in a combat stance - like a weapon draw, yeah? This is good news. This is something new, and presumably we'll get more stuff like it in the future. The self destruct power is also something pretty damn innovative - similarly, I can only assume we'll get more toys like it in time to come.
Secondly, look at the way they're labeling this - the full and official name is "Super Booster I - Cyborg pack".
Super Booster I.
It's numbered.
Even if you don't like the contents of this pack, it does bring the promise of more stuff in the future, presumably following different themes. And maybe you'd like to buy that. Or maybe not - but more options are always good.
(In response to various other questions raised - the HUDs are color-selectable, the new stuff applies account-wide, and finally Wire might be managing/paying more than one account; he could have more than one, or he could be buying it for someone)

oh yeah, I understand that. I'm really happy they're doing booster packs like this, I think it's great! Just this first pack doesn't hold much
draw for me, but I still anticipate future packs eagerly. Tongue

It's a shame that the self-destruct isn't slottable (I'm assuming, since it's an inherent power; I could be wrong). Six-slotting it with
something like Scirocco's Dervish or one of the other PBAoE sets would be AWESOME.

"Wow. Where's the Borgerizer?"

"Hospital."

"Where's Mako?"
