As to why Mad Cow is there, I needed a character that would enjoy such a story and Fae is fey enough to zank someone out of the Zig so they can enjoy a
story. I was actually working on the Ninja duo a few nights ago - as I want to use them out of uniform... in civillian clothing for an upcoming story arc.
