I haven't been playing CO since about Janurary, but here's hoping that this means it's finally getting more then new vehicles and timed events. This game needs story content badly, and Neverwinter and STO show that Cryptic knows how to do that.

That's good to hear. If I've got any complaint about CO since I started playing in December, it's that my general reaction to missions and "story lines" is almost always going to be "That's it? That's all?"

I'm not even cautiously optimistic.
Not yet.

They've jerked their customers around so much the last couple of years I'm unwilling to give them the slightest shred of doubt until I see some actual results first.

Until then, don't get excited.

Look at it this way. It has to get better. It can't get any worse.

Now they just have to get the Foundry working. Build a mission builder for the playerbase, and most of the push for new content eases off as the players invent it. Seeing as they have past experience with CoX, I can't see them ignoring the potential, here.
