Usagi: "You don't vote for queens."
Random Crowd Member: "Well, how'd you become queen, then?"
(Angelic music plays...)
Usagi: "The Last Cat of The Moon, her arm clad in perfectly brushed fur, held aloft the Princess Wand from the bosom of the Moon, signifying by divine providence that I, Usagi, was to carry the Princess Wand. That is why I am your Queen."
Naru: "Listen. Strange cats lying in window sills distributing wands and talismans is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical moon-lit ceremony."
Usagi: "Be quiet!"
Naru: "You can't expect to wield supreme power just 'cause some furry cat threw a wand at you!"
Usagi(grabs Naru): "Shut up! Will you shut up?!"
Naru: "Ah, now we see the violence inherent in the system!
Usagi(shakes Naru): "Shut up!"
Naru: "Oh! Come and see the violence inherent in the system! Help, help, I'm being repressed!"

I can totally see this sequence playing out as a joke between ShadowJack's Usagi and Naru, who is aware of Usagi's status.
