Pretty sure it's RWBY, and the female portion of other teams*, as Sailor Scouts.

(* And other female characters. I recognize Nora, Pyrrha, Penny, Velvet, and Winter; I'm not sure about the other one in the front foreground, but I think she's Amber.)

I think you're right, and I think the one in black with a mask might be Cinder.

It's Belladonna Blake. If you look closely you can see her ears. (Or is that Blake Belladonna? I have no idea which way round those names are.)

I'm remembering it as Blake Belladonna, and I'm pretty sure that's who's in the picture. (Or, at least, if that's not Blake, then Team RWBY is down by one.)

Odd, I'd like to see a WH40K Crossed with Girls Und Panzer, and Tank Vixen. The Little Sisters Armored Division.

I need to beat Drakensis into writing more of Girls und Mecha. That was fun.

You do realize that Tank Girl would utterly horrify the girls of the Oarai Girls High School Sensha-do tank crews. And all the others as well. :p

The impression I got, from the end of the Movie, is that they may have been signed up for the "Nationals" with out their knowledge.

Well, absolutely! Where's the fun, if there isn't some total culture clash?

Sadly, while there are several Tank Girl fanfics on fanfiction.net (most seem to be NSFW), there don't appear to be any that combine TG with GuP.
