  Getting this book

A nice performance of a monologue from the book 'Soon I will be Invincible.' I am finding a copy tonight; if it is even close to as good the speech,
it will be worth my hard earned.

  LOA due to fried computer

My gaming rig -- the only one I have capable of handling CoX (or STO, or... anything, really) just died tonight. It's looking like either a fried mobo or
a wonky PSU. Either costs more than I have to replace right now, it being a Dell.

So... I'll be away for a while. :/ Still around on the forums, but I'm estimating at least a month before I'll be able to afford spare parts.
Nyaarrgh.

Nyaaargh, I say.

You know those AMVs that make you want to watch an anime?

This one made me want to watch a 26 episode series just for context.

Good God.

Chapter 7 in production - Has it really been that long?
Posted by: Logan Darklighter - 01-18-2010, 08:13 PM - Forum: Drunkard's Walk V: Another Divine Mess You've Gotten Me Into - Replies (7)

For some reason I got the urge to do some rereading of the story, and I have noticed something -

The entirety of 2009 went by without any update on DW 5.

I know it's been an utterly SHITTY year for everyone, myself included. And Bob's had job troubles etc. So this gets a pass and a "no-foul"
from me.

Even so, it bears at least mentioning.

(BTW - the menu on your main page doesn't indicate the 6th Chapter of DW5 on the drop-down menu.)

  *sigh* Facebook woes
Posted by: Foxboy - 01-18-2010, 09:08 AM - Forum: General Chatter - Replies (9)

Well.

I was checking my "spam filter" email address, which I've had since 1998...and I discovered that Facebook had sent me some "password
verification/change" notices.

This is odd because I've never signed up for Facebook.

Needless to say, I went to the site and took the effort to scrape the account and change my passwords... again. *sigh*

Any other security tricks I should undertake so these skript kiddies don't sign me up for credit cards?
