I just talked with my neighbor.  The cost of his health insurance is going up from $400/month to $1400/month.  So it looks like he's going to spend the last two years before he qualifies for Medicare without health insurance, and hope for the best.

Which is still better off than me.  I haven't been able to afford health care since 2020.
