Closing the Circle (an unauthorized KanriKyara story), the first story posted to AO3 by ASWCanuck.

I can't speak for the other writers, but as far as I'm concerned, this is canon for KanriKyara.

As for the joke...

it's pretty obvious to long-time fantasy readers who live in Ottawa that the bookseller is Charles de Lint... who wrote the story that Kate's from.

And I concur -- this is canon. (There's got to be a way to add it to the series, somehow.)

Well, we can put a pointer to it on the wiki, which will at least get it into the cast-list pages and onto the calendar.

And there is a way to add it to the series proper, but it's not a casual thing. We can discuss it tomorrow night.

Cool, we have a new writer.  And Kasumi has new teacups.

The license incompatibility can be handled by noting on the page that it's under a different license... which is possible by copy-pasting the original text including the license.

However, I refuse to consider it canon until ASWCanuck fixes his damn footnote links.
