		Challenge: Who Owns This?

While trawling through ShareCG for 3D models of musical instruments (and failing miserably at finding a sax or a coronet), I discovered the http://www.sharecg.com/v/25986/gallery/ ... /Space-Pod]Space Pod.

The pod has an optional http://www.sharecg.com/get_image.php?ty ... e_id=35625]alternate (grungy) paint job, and an optional http://www.sharecg.com/get_image.php?ty ... e_id=35780]captain's chair so that its crew and passengers have someplace to sit.

"Use it as you wish, but do not redistribute it or sell it." So, now that I've downloaded it and the two optional files... In Fenspace, who owns this Winnebago-on-tracks, and where is it usually found? (Considering that there are two paint jobs for it, there can be at least two of them out there.)
Edit: With only two beds, it's probably a bit small to be the enigmatic Castle Heterodyne...

Dunno..... I figure they'd be common enough across the whole of Fenspace. Perfect from traversing ground on Mars and Moon and wherever. Both for tourists, or those going bughunting for weeks at a time on Mars/Titan. Wouldn't surprise me if they were mass produced on Marsbase Sara, or in Helium's industrial centres.

Mm, it has a retro/dieselpunk feel to me - very Collier's Magazine, Man Conquers Space sort of thing. Might be a Pulper or a Port Lowell design.

yeah... you know, after looking at the Gazetter again, I think their 'main' office should prolly be either in Port Luna or Moonbase Alpha, though they could/should have 'outlets' all over.

OMG... Ben has GOT to have one... even though it wouldn't fit on the Midnight, I'm sure that between him and the Professor they'd figure out some way of making it work like the Capsule Corp devices from Dragon Ball. The quirk would probably be that the cloud it emits reeks of some fragrance so badly that people think at first you just cooked off a pompom grenade.

Anyhow, that thing is just too Diesel Punk for Ben not to have in his garage. It'd be just the thing for treks across the surface of Luna, Mars, Mercury, etc. Although if he wanted to use it on Earth he'd have to put away that coil gun it's packing.

Oh, sure, it looks like a Browning that's been modding up the wahoo, but Ben knows that if you want real hull penetration capability you gotta have coil guns. The fact that it happens to use the same caliber rounds is icing on the cake.

ITYM "pom-pom grenade" - the pompom grenade, as shown in chapter 3 of Legend of Galactic Girls, releases metallic pompoms to the tune of the Lucky Star opening theme. (Handy when you need anti-laser chaff or a cheerleading squad, otherwise silly.)

Well, Moonbase Alpha is where I put Manny O'Kelly's Bar and Grill... Maybe there's a noticeable Heinleinian presence there?

The ones packed into Peacemakers would be for military ops.  Ben would want a personal 'family car' version that can be miniaturized for easy transport (and Mayonaka would get jealous if they started hauling around in a Peacmaker).  However... I'm seriously considering having Mayonaka get upgraded to something like a destroyer or escort-cruiser after she does something especially brave and nearly pretty much FUBARs her ship-form.
As for pom-poms... whoops!  Got confused with the variety of stuffs used among the fen.

Somebody needs to invent Sluggy Freelance's inflatables tech and make this one of the first items available.
