I didn't even want to make him quite that scary, but it was the closest thing to a Pierrot look I could come up with...
This is what/who I was trying for. I may retailor him with just a grumpy face under the makeup.
Must petition for more clown costume parts... BRN, clown shoes, pompom-button jacket, a wider variety of makeup...
