I dont see anything Wolkenritter at all....

 Well, it was more of the very original concept idea for her origin. I'd just watched Nanoha again, and the concept of a magical construct in human form stuck in my brain somewhat. It was edited and altered for a CoH-only origin story. Her standard costume is inspired by the shows barrier jackets, being an overly elaborate suit.
