		Sonika has a deal right now at $99 us for download only, and is designed for 
english-language installs. I know from a friend's experience that the Megupoid or the other Japanese Vocaloids will work with an English-language system 
running Vista.. and, I'd presume, Windows 7. Admittedly, the menus are in Japanese....
 
Though, you DO have to pay via PayPal....
