Pepper & Carrot printed volumes 1-4

The €4,000 stretch goal has already been met, so these will be in hardcover.

I almost missed the new Girl Genius Kickstarter for volumes 22 and 23. Only 17 days to go, but they've already hit a lot of stretch goals.
