Not Authorized and other weirdness

My normal behavior is to read what new posts/threads I care to, and then click the "mark forum as read" link to catch the posts/threads I didn't read.
Today that click got me a Not Authorized message on an otherwise blank screen.
So, I came to this forum to notes this weird behavior, and found it full of unread messages from 2002 and 2003!

Having posted one message already, I know find that the "mark forum as unread" option has now disappeared.

No problems here - might I suggest logging out and logging back in? Failing that, try clearing your cache and/or cookies. And if that's still a no-go, take it to exboard support - they're the ones who control that sort of stuff here, not us...

It does indeed sound like your login cookie has expired. I've had that happen to me a couple of times -- all you need to do is login and it all comes back.
