Semi-annual "Oh yeah, forgot about that."
Followed by the semi-annual, "Okay, fixed."

Okay, now this is weird. I just realized that the postings are showing a time that's now an hour early -- for instance, this one is being written at around 12:20 PM Eastern time, and I bet it'll show up as 11:20 AM. If I go to the board settings page, it says I have the board set at GMT-4 and that the board time is 12:20. I'm going to go switch it back to GMT-5 and see if the right Daylight Time times come up.

Okay, I've switched the time. Let's see if this comes up as 12:22 PM now.

Huh. 11:22 AM. There must be some kind of lag. I'll have to come back later and see if the new time "took".

When you look down at the bottom of the main Forum page/index you can see "Community time" as mm/dd/yy hh:mm A/P
For me, it's showing up as the correct time (That being current Eastern time). I think things are all set.
You can also manually set your Time Zone accordingly, to make all the board times convert to your time setting. The 'Use Community Time' link down next to the listed time will default it back.

Thanks, Ankhani. I think I've got it sorted out now.
