Dragon lifespan is at least ten times human, but there are binding rituals to that drastically slow a human partner's aging for a minor loss in the dragon's years - a factor of about 800% gain and 5% loss. Most theories about the differential have something to do with the differential in mass between huamn and (natural form) dragons, but this doesn't account for the fact that all the dragon clans seeing about the same result, despite their widely different sizes. Half dragons get about the same 8x human span. In all three cases, however, the periods of adulthood, middle age, and vigorous old age are the ones extended, rater than the extreme youthful and elderly ends of the scale, and there are alchemical methods (one noteable one involves powdered yellow diamonds and electrical current) for extending any living being's lifespan indefinitely.
