2. What's the firepower, range, speed, manouverability and weaponry of the Enterprise-D compared with the Scimitar?

From what we've seen, those Ginzu Beams would be able to ignore ST shields just as easily as they did the armor they faced in canon... although a Spider's -defensive- capabilities don't seem to be anywhere near its offensive ones.
