Hrm... Interesting thing: his cybernetic body has the ability to grant everything it's own power sub-system. For example, his big mage-tech anti-material weapon will have a capacitor that is seperate from all the other weapons so it can charge for a shot while he's in the middle of running and gunning.
Also, on his Integration ability... he's not exactly like a Fusion Boomer. In order for him to take control of a larger mechanism (say, a vehicle) it has to have a certain degree of automation. Smaller craft he can control easily. Something even as large as a scout ship, though, will need an automated engine room and such for him to control effectively, otherwise he can only work one system at a time.
That said... God help you if he ever gets to an armory.
