If he can manage to touch Quattro at all. IS: Silver Curtain makes it rather hard to hit her, unless it is by surprise, or with a wide area bombardment attack.
As a side note, would it work on the Numbers? His IS was designed by Jail, and he went rogue presumably before the Numbers were built, so I can't see why Jail wouldn't include some sort of firewall or something when he designs the Numbers. Of course, Ginga and Subaru wouldn't have this defense...
Also, would he need to remain in physical contact with whatever he is controlling to avoid loosing control?
