That, I like. And I imagine that the TSAB will be stepping carefully around that world once the recording of this interview makes it to the higher ups. 
I like how Jail reacts to the threat as well. Even the villian is appaled.
There's a quote, I'm not sure where it from, which was used to describe how fate and free will didn't have to be completely opposed. I think it can apply to the different levels of brainwashing as well. The quote was "You can do as you will, but not will as you will," or something like that. What Jail did to Ginga altered her ability to do as she willed. She was still herself, deep down, and was able to recover eventually (with a forced reboot). What the Wizard can do affects the latter portion, and would most likely be far worse, in my opinion.
