the first one was interesting in that it was a girl of faith discovering and dealing with her newfound superpowers, but i got tired of it, as well, and for much the same reasons. i'm not saying he shouldn't write what he wants, just that exploring catholicism is not my thing. i was hoping for more "sister marie fights a fire" and less "the catholics of san diego react to the fire.. oh, and there's a flying nun" YMMV.
