Well, you should be able to press a pen-accessible button somewhere on the router down for some period of time (10-30+ seconds) to get the router's
settings to reset (and consequently go back to a default password)... but I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you're confident that you can set it
all up yourself in entirety (and can find out what password the router defaults to). Two great tastes that go great together!
