I have to agree with the court ruling. The packer wants to pull something that they can then turn around and use to convince people with Oprah level ingnorance
that their beef is safe when you dont actually know, because it is the cheapest and fastest, and essentially LEAST accurate test because of the age of the
cattle in question.
