I don't think I have any contacts in your (geographic) area, though I *might* have a few in your field.  Specifically, the company I did contract programming work for a ways back installs and maintains satellite communications systems -- not home satellite, but, microwave uplinks and shit.  Is that in the right ballpark?

I can poke Ye Olde Rolodex and see what, if anything, comes up, if you like.
