While breaking out the 'full power super obvious super parahuman' could be viscerally satisfying, I think it's better to let Taylor get into a better headspace first. She's currently a girl that almost got murdered, is facing another murder attempt, and has many very understandable reasons to be very suspicious of authority and other people in general. Actually letting the authorities do their jobs and (if possible) subtly assisting their efforts through careful power selection when Taylor is asked to testify would go a long way to mend her wounds.
Because of this, low level and subtle power selection is best, as that makes it harder for people to say 'look, Eidolon 2.0' Until Taylor is ready, or it's absolutely necessary to break out the obvious high end powers, like if one of the local walking apocalypses tries to visit.
