In regards to legal issues....
....To my knowledge, as long as pictures, video, or audio of actual underage people are not involved, anything goes. That said.... I think the whole thing with 'keep the squick to a minimum' will suffice.
And with regards to copyright law... I think maybe a preamble in the READ THIS FIRST posting claiming everything posted in this subforum falls under a suitable Creative Commons should help. Agree?
