Both to find someone who's able to - or knows someone who'se able to - build the hardware to her specs. Advise her that'#s she's getting close to offering things that maybe shouldn't be in public domain because something with that low a latency internally could have other uses./ Or burst her bubble by pointing oiut they did it ten years ago or it can't be done. Or maybe lie about it not being possible and loose her trust if she figures it out from opening the Halcyon node...
