Thoughts on VRMMO stories with time compression (Bofuri, Accel World, etc.)

The main thought that hit me about these types of stories is what an incredible boon they'd be to disabled people. I myself have EDS and walking for any significant length of time is increasingly a difficult proposition. I know how much I would love to live out a world of athletic prowess and ability, and my condition is comparatively minor compared to so many. Hell, maybe people who are completely paralyzed could walk in these VR worlds.
