meanwhile, the entire province goes into a month-long lockdown again, one minute after midnight tonight. This time around, "restaurant takeout" will still be allowed... so, not a complete lockdown.

And less than a week later, it's turning into a proper lockdown. Looks like a half-assed slowdown doesn't actually do anything about stopping the spread of infections. More impressively, this particular right-wing government actually paid attention to the evidence instead of their ideology.
