I don't know if they're still selling it -- I'd bet they are -- but some years back I found an ad among the stuff my mom got because of being in AARP for a "cell phone for seniors". And while it didn't have a dial like this, among the features it did have was a fake dial tone just for those folks who couldn't get used to a phone without one.
