Hmmmmm...
"Stargate City" redirects to "Vancouver".
"Big Applesauce" does not redirect to "New York City".
Which approach do we want to take when a big city appears in fiction - a page for the city and a separate page for its appearances in works, or a single page covering both?
We should be consistent.
