[OOC][PLOT] Planning for Arc 2 - Crisis on Infinite Earths

I just added this to Luna's page on the wiki:

Wikipedia tells us that "In Act 27 of the live-action series, Luna gains the ability to turn into a young human girl, going by the name Luna Tsukino while able to become a Sailor Guardian known as "Sailor Luna"." We aren't going to rule that out here, but it isn't guaranteed, either.

Of course, there's fan art of Sailor Luna in a mangaesque style.

So, do we or don't we? I did ask here whether we were going to start handing out Star Seeds to get our numbers up during Arc 2...
