One of the comments that Beau makes in this video is that money needs to be made available to Americans seeking refuge in Canada.

That process is much easier if you already have an account with a Canadian bank. So, listing in alphabetical order (which is not the same as the order of the size of the banks), here's where four of the top six Canadian banks already have personal-banking presence in the USA:

• BMO
  
• CIBC - which also has US funds available in some of their Canadian ATMs.
  
• RBC
  
• TD
  

(If I'm reading their website correctly, Scotiabank does not have any personal banking operations in the USA. Banque Nationale refuses to say, but considering they do most of their business in Quebec, I'd be surprised if they have any international personal banking anywhere.)
