I just added a General Disclaimer page to the wiki. It took me this long because I had to hunt through the Copyright Act to make sure we weren't in violation of Miraheze's "no illegal activities" rule.
Yes, I do believe I found a loophole that makes fanfic legal. In Canada.
Granted, this only works if we give every character some character development.
