It's new content, not a copy form Wikipedia or TV Tropes... except for the final one-sentence paragraph, which came straight from the matching TVT page.
Approve and delete the offending sentence (and rename to match our naming conventions), or reject for a single line? It's the first edit from a new troper -- I don't want to discourage contributions, but I also don't want to encourage bad writing practices.
