After nearly five years, What Do You Want? by polenicus has gotten an update. It's an old school Ranma fic where the engagement falls to Nabiki, and she somehow turns out to be the sanest and most considerate of the girls connected to him. I think there may have been a fade-to-black after the two of them get tipsy at a beach party early on, but I haven't started the reread yet. It is listed as "rated T" so there shouldn't be anything more ecplicit than kissing and light petting IIRC.
