Bit late to the party here, but I didn't think the edit was that contentious, they did cover both sides and not just one, but I'll defer to the judgment of the majority on this to be safe.
Yeah, I agree with Geth, I would have accepted that edit. Honestly the stereotypes have ramped up to the point that accusing the other party of being pedoes is normal. :'(
