Okay, yes, I read that entire thing in the IST25 subforum about Canada's (and Australia's) tragic embassy:acreage ratios and all the math fudging to give those two countries in particular an extra embassy. My criteria were stricter on numbers but I fudged differently.
Canada has three embassies: Ottawa, Whitehorse and St. John's.
