Argh. I just spent the weekend binge-reading a Worm CYOA fic called A Ghost of a Chance that is so magnificently unlike the usual Worm insert fic --

-- only for it to come to a screeching, car-smashing-into-a-wall halt. Even worse, the author is still around on SpaceBattles, he just hasn't bothered with the fic since 2019. Argh.
