I have two related scenes that came to me back when I was willing to read JK Rowling's original books, but I'm really not willing to try HP fanfic these days. (I still read HP fanfic, but I don't think I would be willing to immerse myself in writing it.)
The first scene has Harry, for whatever reason, needing a place to stay the summer of his seventh year that A: isn't the Dursley's, and B: has to be in the muggle world. McGonnigal offers up that she has an estranged muggle cousin....who turns out to be Wendy Darling. And her granddaughter and grandson-in-law are visiting. The Banning family Moira and her husband Peter, and their two kids.
The related scene, of course has Harry back-to-back with Peter Pan, surrounded by pirates, and Pan asks Harry, "You alright?" Harry responds, "Pirates? I have a *magical serial killer* after me back home, this? This is just bloody Tuesday." And mayhem ensues.
