Actually that's not surprising you missed it since it seems that the author wrote the story completely and then started posting it. Started the thread on SB Oct 26, and posted the Epilogue last night. dunno if he has sequels planned.
As for the story itself, it takes place in the late 2900s, ending in 3001, over half the story takes place in the Periphery.
While a decent Mechwarrior the MC, a female scion of a cadet branch of the Liaos, is more interested in science and technology. Several indications that she is an Isekai/SI but the story is told from the perspectives of people around her, we never actually see inside her thoughts. she seems to be trying to balance keeping the Capellan government happy with her while also looking for ways to improve things in general.
