1) Because dentists are already sufficiently supplied with work to do, and they want to decrease their workload.
2) This presumes the well dressed, human looking man that may be a vampire has no assistants to help him get dressed. This is unlikely if we are talking about somebody that is well dressed in a semi-medieval Europe context.
