Too big to put on a giant mecha or in a truck, but it looks like a pretty good point-defence system for our more sensitive residenes (such as Forest Hold or The Hangar) or a ballistic-missile submarine (when cruising on the surface). Mind you, actually using it announces to the world that the facility is armed.
