Ottawa announces new immigration measures for foreign-trained doctors
They have to have "at least one year of Canadian work experience gained within the last three years", so I don't know whether anybody currently south of the border can benefit from this. It looks to me like it's just a cleanup of the paperwork backlog for doctors who are already in the country, not a call for more doctors...
