Somebody didn't think things through...
Environment Canada just switched from "Watch" and "warning" alerts to a three-level alert system based on colours: yellow for out of the ordinary, orange for something that's likely to disrupt normal lives for a few days, and red for potential catastrophes.
Today, we got our first Yellow Snow alert.
