Canada becomes first country to list extremist network 764 as terrorists
Maniac Murder Cult, Terrorgram Collective, and Islamic State – Mozambique Province were also added to Canada's "terrorist entity" list. I understand listing yet another IS organization as terrorists because they're armed insurgents against an elected government. The others... well, apparently Canada considers online bullying to be terrorism when done as a group.
