It comes down to deciding if he should get a three-month tempban and another chance to ignore our instructions and guides, or just give up on him and perma-ban him on the grounds that he's already established himself as a repeat offender inclined to ignore us when it suits him.
I'm leaning toward the latter, as I was when I asked if anyone else was getting tired of him on the 15th. Given it was only four days between his apology and his next unacceptable contribution, I don't think we should hold out any hope he'll do any better after a three-month vacation.
