The Imperial Presidency, Part 2

Okay, we've moved to the direct threats of genocide phase of the Presidency.  Maybe this tactic will work so well in Iran that we can use it against other enemy states, like Canada.

Better one country with 100 nukes than a madman with a single nuke, right?  But, how about a madman with 100 nukes?

Since the stated goal of the President is to commit war crimes, it would make it extremely hard for any future soldier in the U.S. military to wriggle out of war crimes charges for their own actions.  They are setting up a situation for our officers where the only options are:
(1) obey orders, commit crime, go to prison later
(2) disobey illegal orders, go to prison
(3) resign military to enable others to commit war crimes
(4) obey orders, support MAGA coup to avoid prison
(5) disobey orders, launch anti-MAGA coup
(6) Congress does something ... nah, too unrealistic
(7) TACO

Following on my earlier observations, I rate all of these things to be equal probability.  Except of course Congress exercising oversight over war or treaties, which I will assign a probability of negative 95%, because at least the Mirror Universe Congress has its shit together.
