It's late. I'm not rereading this chapter one more time so sorry for any grammar mistakes.

The Top, Roscoe Dillion, does appear in DCAMU [in the Flashpoint Paradox]. He's not really a significant villain, but he is an old one. I don't think he shows up in Young Justice. Also, for continuity reasons and just to prevent a lot of things I don't want to navigate, it takes place pre-Infinite Crisis
