We might want to talk to StarSword again -- he's still doing all the extra markup on image captions to make them centered and small, and he's started noting that he's "fixing" them in the edit reasons. We need to let him know in no uncertain terms that nothing is broken, and if we wanted captions centered and small we would have specified so in our style guide. (And probably set up an image template that did it all automatically.)
